🌸what?: Connect with your body and feel yourself in this open level floorwork workshop with our trainer PrisciliaVanB. The workshop will include many elements: forearm stand, splits, shoulder, legs and chest rolls, dancing on high heels, etc.

In addition, in the second half of the workshop a choreography will be developed that put together the various dance elements on the floor and brings them into a coherent sequence.
Bring knees pads and high heels are an option but recommended.

With only a cell phone, some inexpensive equipment, and a free editing program, you can! Come to this crash course on DIY filming to learn how to tell a compelling visual story.

You will learn:

- Writing and Directing: How to construct a clear and simple story using imagery and sound/text.

- Production:Basic lighting, composition, and directing skills. How to organize and plan your shoot in a realistic manner.

- Post-production: How to put your footage together, add simple sound design and music, and create titles and credits.

This workshop will include a practical exercise.

Die Öffnungszeiten finden wöchentlich statt und sind ein offener Raum von 14-18 Uhr für alle S3xarbeitenden (aktiv, inaktiv, mit Erfahrung)! Es ist ein Raum zum Chillen, Verbinden und Austauschen. Ein paar Snacks werden vorbereitet und gelegentlich wird es spezielle Angebote geben, die angekündigt werden.
Es ist auch immer eine Sozialarbeiterin anwesend, mit der du Bürokratisches, etc. besprechen kannst. Wenn du weißt, dass du kommen willst und einen Termin ausmachen möchtest, kannst du uns schon vorher eine E-Mail schicken unter peerkoordination@hydra.de oder cafehydra@hydra-berlin.de
